Als Sales Representative (m/w/d) bist du maßgeblich beteiligt am weiteren Aufbau unseres Kundennetzwerkes und unserer Marketing & Sales Abteilung.

Du wirst bei uns…

unsere Produkte an Neu- und Bestandskunden vertreiben
Neukunden aktiv identifizieren, ansprechen, qualifizieren und von unserer Technologie begeistern
Kundengespräche im Stil von Consultive Sales durchführen und dadurch vereinbarte Ziele erreichen
im Innen-und Außendienst tätig sein
Messen, Konferenzen und Kundenveranstaltungen (mit-)organisieren und an diesen teilnehmen
bestehende und neue Kundenbeziehungen pflegen
mit dem Marketing und Produktteam zusammenarbeiten, um Kundenfeedback zu erhalten

Du passt zu uns, wenn...

Du ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Life Sciences, Biotechnologie, Biophysik, Molekularbiologie oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss hast
Du Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb - idealerweise von komplexen und erklärungsbedürftigen Instrumenten (nice-to-have) - hast
Du Biss hast: Deine Hartnäckigkeit gepaart mit deinen Rhetorik und Präsentationsskills überzeugen selbst den kritischsten Kunden
Du ergebnis- und lösungsorientiert denkst und handelst
Du Lust auf vielfältige und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben hast
Du eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Spaß an detailorientiertem Arbeiten und der Übernahme von Verantwortung hast
Du eine Hands-on Einstellung besitzt und aktiv mitgestalten willst
Du sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift hast

CLADE bietet eine einzigartig präzise Spektroskopie-Technologie für eine breite Palette von Anwendungen. Diese Technologie unterscheidet sich durch ihre Schnelligkeit, Effizienz und Reproduzierbarkeit von der herkömmlichen komplexen Laboranalyse. Unser Produktkonzept besteht aus einer Hardwarekomponente - unserem MIRA Analyzer, der innerhalb von Minuten chemische Analysen in flüssigen Umgebungen mittels Infrarotspektroskopie durchführt. So können wir in kürzester Zeit einen digitalen Fingerabdruck einer Flüssigkeit erstellen. Mit unseren maßgeschneiderten Anwendungen - unserer Softwarekomponente Sphere - können wir die gewonnenen Daten mit Hilfe von Mustererkennung und Algorithmen selektiv filtern und für die weitere Verarbeitung aufbereiten.

As a Sales Representative (m/f/d) you will be significantly involved in the further development of our customer network and our Marketing & Sales department.

You will be...

sell our products to new and existing customers
Actively identify, approach and qualify new customers and inspire them with our technology
Conduct consultative sales-style customer meetings and thereby achieve agreed goals
work in the office and in the field
(Co-)organize and participate in trade shows, conferences and customer events
cultivate existing and new customer relationships
work with the marketing and product team to obtain customer feedback

You're a good fit for us if...

You have a degree in life sciences, biotechnology, biophysics, molecular biology or a comparable degree
You have professional experience in sales - ideally of complex instruments that require explanation (nice-to-have)
you have bite: Your tenacity paired with your rhetoric and presentation skills convince even the most critical customer
you think and act in a results and solution-oriented manner
You enjoy diverse and varied tasks
You work independently and enjoy detail-oriented work and taking on responsibility
You have a hands-on attitude and want to play an active role in shaping the future of the company
You have a very good command of written and spoken English and German

About us

Results at the speed of excellence:
CLADE offers a uniquely precise spectroscopy technology for a wide range of applications. This technology differs in its speed, efficiency and reproducibility compared to conventional complex laboratory analysis. Our product concept consists of a hardware component - our MIRA Analyzer, which performs chemical analysis in liquid environments using infrared spectroscopy within minutes. We can thus produce a digital fingerprint of a liquid in a short time. With our customized applications - our software component Sphere, we can selectively filter the acquired data using pattern recognition and algorithms and prepare it for further processing.
